1. How does the Black Friday offer work?

Get 60% off 2 years of Sender Pro when you purchase between October 15th and December 1st, 2026. Here's what to know:

  • The offer is available to new Sender users and free plan users. Existing accounts aren't eligible.
  • The discount applies to the 2-year Pro plan, and your discounted price stays the same for the full 24 months as long as you stay on the same plan.
  • The 2-year plan is paid upfront in a single payment and is non-refundable, so we recommend trying Pro free for 14 days first. No credit card is required for the trial.
  • If you upgrade or downgrade your Pro plan later, the new price is calculated at the standard rate.
2. I'm already a Sender user. Can I get this deal?
The offer is available to new Sender users. Existing accounts aren't eligible.
3. Can I try Pro for free and still get the deal?
Yes. Start your 14-day free trial anytime during the offer, then upgrade before December 1st, 2026 to lock in 60% off. If your trial is still running when the offer ends, upgrade before the deadline to keep the discount.
4. Can I combine this offer with other discounts?
Discounts can't be combined. If more than one applies, the bigger discount is applied automatically, so you always get the best price available.
5. What does flexible plan management mean?
Enjoy our biggest discount with the 2-year Pro plan, while keeping the freedom to adjust. You're always in control—upgrade or switch to Standard at any point during your term. Your new plan is priced at the regular rate, and the unused amount from your Pro plan is credited automatically. When your 2 years end, you're free to choose any plan that fits your business, including an annual Standard or Pro plan with 20% off.
6. What happens to my discount if I upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade to a higher contact limit or downgrade to a lower one at any time. Your new plan price is calculated automatically at the standard rate, since the Black Friday discount applies only to the plan you originally purchased. If another promotion is running when you make the change, that discount will apply instead. Any unused amount from your current plan is credited automatically.
7. What happens when my 2-year Pro plan ends?
When your 2 years are up, your plan switches to a monthly Professional plan.
