Why is the VAT not included in the price?

VAT’s aren’t included because VAT’s vary from country to country. For example, it may sometimes vary from 5% to 25%, so to be more accurate about the price, the VAT is excluded. For example – Germany has a 19% VAT, while France has a 20% VAT.

Does Sender.net provide SMTP services?

SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is included in the service, we do not provide it as a separate feature.

What is a VAT identification number?

A VAT (value added tax) identification number is an identifier used for VAT purposes. It will be printed on your invoices, so make sure to double-check if it’s correct. If your company does not have a VAT code, simply leave it as Not Available – input ‘N/A’.

I accidentally made a purchase. Can I get a refund?

Sure, we all make mistakes sometimes, right? Message support@sender.net and we’ll review the case which will result in a complete refund most of the time.

How do I remove the branding on my emails and forms?

We add our branding to the bottoms of subscription forms, popups and newsletters if the creator uses the free plan. Branding is removed once you move to one of our paid plans or switch to the credits system.

Does Sender.net provide a dedicated IP addresses? How do I get a dedicated IP address?

Normally the IP reputation is shared between most users. Dedicated IP addresses provide you with absolute control of your email reputation. It’s automatically set up for all accounts when they exceeds 50,000 subscribers for no additional cost. For accounts that have less subscribers, it may be arranged upon request. We recommend getting a dedicated IP address if you send over 500 000 emails per month. If you’d like a dedicated IP setup for you, please message us at support@sender.net.

I want to start using the system, can I try out the 'Free-Forever' plan first?

Yes, sure. The free-forever plan offers up to 2500 subscribers and 15 000 emails monthly. It never expires and has all the features the paid plans have. You can switch to paid plans whenever you are ready!

What are your supported interface languages?

We currently have English, Norwegian, Swedish, Lithuanian, Latvian interface languages.

9.

What is a company code? What can I do if I don't have one?

Company code usually is a unique ID of the company, which is given by the local government when registering the legal entity. It is used for identifying a certain company on invoices and similar legal issues. If you don’t have a company ID, are working as a freelancer you can enter your personal ID code or leave it as ‘N/A’ (Not Applicable).
